Precious Metal Clay (PMC) is a non-toxic, easy and fun way of creating gorgeous personal designs in 99.9% solid silver.
It can be rolled, coiled, shaped and textured to make solid silver jewellery, hollow beads or small sculptures. Its very user friendly and excitingly transforms to 99.9% pure silver after drying and firing. I use pmc3 which is known for its great strength.

Hello and welcome,
I am a silver clay, precious metal clay and ceramic artist and teacher. I have created ceramic sculptures and jewellery with many types of clay for the last 30 years and have exhibited in many galleries throughout this time. My vision now is to share my knowledge and expertise by running small workshops from my beautiful studio in Frankston South. .
Beginners Silver Clay Jewellery Class
In this silver clay class in Frankston South, Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne, you will learn how to roll, texture, shape, cut, fire and polish precious metal clay (pmc3) to create your own exquisite earrings, pendants or charms, etc
The Silver clay, all tools, and firing are all supplied on the day.
I provide you with all the guidance you need to create your own personalized design.
lunch break for 11/2 hours while I fire your work to solid fine silver.

In this silver clay class in Frankston South, Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne, you will learn how to create and design 2 rings of your personal design.
I will teach you how to create, dry, sand, fire, polish and patina them.
Pmc3 silver clay and silver clay slip will be supplied with the use of all tools including firing on the day.
Coffee and tea will be provided.
Please bring your lunch and sit in our garden, or visit our local cafes when the rings are in the kiln firing.

To take Advanced class you must have completed a beginners & ring class.
In this class, you will learn how to create a one-off 3D pendant of your design. creating in cork clay. Set stones and create a personal design plate as well as Insert bezels for gemstones. If you have small cabochons you wish to use in a design, please bring them on the day.
PLEASE NOTE > As each student has different ideas of what they wish to create, You must supply your own pmc3 clay. I will supply cork clay, cubic zirconias or fine silver bezel cups and stones to incorporate into your original design. thi
We will create an original foam board plate for you to keep and reuse, create snake roller coils and use to create spectacular loops for pendants and earings. Pmc slip and pmc syringe for attaching bezel cups etc.
Coffee, tea provided please bring lunch, or visit our cafes while your pieces are being firing. The firing will take 2 hours.
